I like the comparison to an AI future with the Industrial Revolution, for perspective and understanding. But, maybe a comparison to the Green Revolution (agriculture) would be more informative? The amount of workers living near agriculture and participating for “employment” is drastically less over the past three centuries, facilitated by technological advances of automation.
