This is very interesting, I use AI for my profession which is SSA in finance technology, it is great to contextualize and analyze perspectives to possible solutions, yet you need to be aware of cognitive atrophy and do your mental skills maintenance everyday, only 10 minutes per skill morning and night is what I have come to find as a sweat spot.
