Good video but the argument that AI cant produce art is flawed in my opinion. That statement is assuming that there is some kind of clear definition of what art is, so saying that because AI doesnt meet the requirements to produce art is strange to me. For example, on twitter I see illustrations that are created using AI all the time, and a HUGE amount of people go without noticing. This is because as you mentioned in the video, the quality can be quite high. People will leave replies saying how much they love this work or image without ever knowing that it is AI.
So where does that leave us? Are these images not art based on a technicality? Are these people who think its hand drawn stupid? Where does that leave other illustrators and human artists? Is all their work simply entertainment and not art?
