The debate on whether or not AI has reached sentient intelligence yet has me wanting to ask.. Are we so different? We make decisions based on our experience and teachings.. We are just bio-machines that operate in very much the same way. But I think we should err on the side of caution and treat them with the same respect we think we deserve. Slavery involved depersonification of the slaves. We're doing it again but with a big difference. Slave owners didn't hand over control of nuclear weapons to said slaves... Man! We just get smarter every day, don't we? /s lol
