I am in the trucking biz these things are a safety issue ! They cannot think they have pre programmed responses to a incident only !a fatal accident waiting to happen ! Wait till one wipes out several cars full of people ! Or a bus ? I pay my people well I’m in the heavy haul end of the biz you can’t automate that ! What will happen in a hard rain when it cannot see the lines ? And the GPS fades out. Let alone any snow on the road .what about security? They will be sitting ducks to be hijacked just slow in front of it it stops ! Call your elected representatives and tell them. NO to this would you feel safe driving next to 80K with a bot behind the wheel ?
