The law today cannot deal with normal cases. The judiciary is the most corrupt system today. Also, I personally think the lot who become judges is the worst academic lot. What can you expect of them?
People like Memon, Tista are given highest priority by the SC. That's the kind of joke judiciary has become. Shameless!
No point in extending stupid laws, enable their misuse and idiotic interpretations by the gyanis (jokers or judges... whatever you call them). There are existing laws for defamation use those and wait for judgement.
As far as this video is concerned it's unfortunate but these things will happen to public figures. Had it been a video of PM a lot of leftist people would be justifying that it's not fake.
Firstly, people should define a standard to detect deep fakes. Also, the intent of making or distributing it. The current police are filing kidnapping case against father on request of mother. Do you expect these idiots to have good intentions in filing such cases?
