I just checked Ring's website and it seems like the ring will send you a notification if it notices that an animal matching the missing animal description shows up on your ring (uses AI to do this). With that notification, you can either share that video clip with the owner under their post of said missing animal or call the owner (ring says it protects your personal number, maybe it works like door dash?). It doesn't seem like anyone but who you have authorized on your account will be able to pull up your ring camera.
