There is another side to this if you truly believe that using an AI bot to help create or alter an image is not art and cannot be copyrighted then let’s abstract out to those that use a digital camera and then import into Photoshop or any other photo editing software. Then by the same account those images as now most editing software uses a form of an AI bot to enhance images should not be able to be copyrighted either, to what degree of AI usage no longer is the work of the photographer and more of an AI bot that is owned by some corporation that then like Adobe is currently trying to file Thst all work that used their software is now their copyrighted and legally owned material? At what percentage of manipulation either by the artist or software is it no longer a copyrightable material?
