No ones claiming the commissioner is the artist
Unless they are actively working with the artist to work out composition and colours and style.
AI prompter are just going "do this" waiting for a finished product then at best going "no actually can you change this"
It's not a collaborative project, and the AI isn't even creating anything, it's making a statically stuck together of copyrighted images without a single thought
