I agree that "vibe coding" would be pointless if the coder themselves didn't understand how to go into the code and fix any sort of screw ups that happen due to the AI possibly missing something or not understanding a prompt. A lot of people put a lot of faith into an AI that is essentially in it's "moody teenger" phase and not full on responsible adult phase lol. Even the AI used like Gemini for basic research or toying around tells people to be mindful that AI CAN give wrong answers lol.
