One thing AI can't replace is Segregation of Duties and basic Audit. At the end of the day, someone needs to be blamed, and unlike Robotic Process Automation, you can't blame the devs for a self learning system. AI can't qualify as a preparer with a human as the sole reviewer. Most likely the preparer will use AI, slightly review, then have their reviewer as the official approver.
