Accessability is things like reading text in natural, engaging ways. AI art doesn't in any way do this.
Even that accessibility reason is hard for me, even as someone who's best way to absorb text is audibly. I keep an Audible sub and it is how I consume fiction, but it hugely limited to what is profitable to publishers, NOT about making it available. Which means anything not 'for sale' is never getting adapted, so AI would be useful. Conversely, that will put a lot of voice actor is doing books out of a job, making it more nuanced. I don't want to effect small authors and readers, but I do want to be able to just be able to pick up anything and read it like someone with better brain chemistry can.
None of this is true of AI art. All it does is make actual artists have a harder time. And it doesn't innovate at all, it purely regurgitates. It is the definition of 'good enough' at best, but even on the best examples it is wildly opbvious it is AI because of the flaws and the pure unnaturalness of it.
