Why are you all surprised at this??? Wtf do you think all companies are going to do at one point? AUTOMATE and delete the human factor. No late employees, lawsuits, late lunches, HR department, none of that will be needed anymore. It is inevitable. So stop whining and get used to it. Work on something else a robot cannot do. Otherwise you will be replaced by a toaster for the sake of progress.
