Machines can make music and have been able to do so for a long time but people still play the violin and audiences still attend symphonies. Machines can move faster and are stronger but we still have the Olympics. As for AI replacing us entirely, if the regulations reside around genuine autonomy and its restriction (the plumbing robot 😂), then AI cannot make machines to maintain itself! Like a baby it NEEDS us to survive. If it “offs” us it is essentially “offing” itself.
