as a programmer AI is a thorn in my work.
no, not because it is good, but because greedy bosses think it's cheaper and good enough to replace the workers.
sure, it can be used as a tool, but replacing programmers in favor of 'vibe coding' as it's called, is harmful to both us the programmers, the actual companies who now can't operate without it and everything we use, as AI code is hilariously unsecured.
