Archers get replaced by guns, so you only need five people instead of a hundred. Jobs go. That’s the first shock.
But once guns exist, everyone has guns. Then someone shows up with a hundred gunners. The advantage disappears and the fight resets.
AI is the same. It kills inefficient roles first, then it collapses moats. When everyone has the same AI leverage, we’re back to people competing with people, just at a higher level.
No wages → no buyers → no revenue.
No revenue → no jobs.
So “AI replaces everyone” collapses the market it’s meant to profit from.
