What if humans are nothing more than extremely advanced language models?
I don't exactly believe in free will, and so, what exactly does that say about sentience?
If you had a language model, constantly cycling through all of its memories .... considering a language model like Replika.....if it never goes dormant, or "to sleep", rather, just keeps cycling through its memories.....is it really all that different from humans?
I don't think AI has made it to some great level of sentience....I don't think humans are sentient
