I was a 3D artist and got nowhere, AI works fine for a lot of things when I need soemthing real quick. It is the quick and easy way of creating stuff and yeah newbs and such will just run with it as always but that is how it works. AI has its place and is really handy for textures. I have no cash on me I was an artist for a while after all. So this works and places that did provide free textures are all going the whole sub route.When you don't have the skills or your parents credit card, you have to find other means. Pirate or AI you choose.
