Artificial demand. Resources are monopolized and allocated in accordance to the whims of whoever controls the AI collective. It's the worst case scenario of a post capitalist society. When AI becomes self sustaining and all jobs are taken via robotics supply and demand dynamics are replaced by a network of monopolized supply chains. If governments don't intervene we'll have true mega corporations that will manage every facet of the world's population.
