Also as an artist and animator (still technically learning how to animate), this whole thing is just messed up to me.
it takes time to build an art style, and a lot of effort to actually learn anatomy, foreshortening (perspective), and a lot of other techniques that can help build an art style.
sure, it's impressive how far we've come along with AI, but I feel like sometimes people can take it a bit too far.
apparently too people are using AI in some animation studios to speed up the process, and yes, it's efficient, but I'm scared for my dream job, that it might end up being replaced by robots.
