Deepfakes and AI generated porn is not non-consensual. Mainly because it's literally not the person. I feel for people who do not like that their likeness has been used for content like this, but the nude parts are very literally not them. This is no different than if someone drew a picture or used photoshop to make a fake. The only difference is that it is more realistic and takes less effort. So unless you want to outlaw all art that involved the likeness of any real figure, then you can't outlaw this content. I think calling it non-consensual porn is dangerous as it very literally is labeling art as being real, and it is outlawing it. It's not real. It should not be outlawed. The only ethical response that does not damage the right to artistic expression is to make it far easier to sue people who create such content without permission, find it online, and request it be taken down. Making it illegal is 100% the wrong way to go. And I think those fighting for that, while they mean well, are doing massive damage without stopping to think it through. This is how we lose rights. A well meaning argument applied broadly without context or consideration.
