As a artist and a developer . it is something that a human made . By countless calculations and creativity with programming laguages sorting datas and algorithms . It is unique on its own way . But on the other hand it is hated due to how easy it is and stealing (data) from NOT PEOPLE but FROM THE INTERNET . The A.I is not stealing it but gathering all data from the internet due to many people "posting" their works and its written by law that any other public posts are able to be referenced by . But the other hand A.I doesnt seem to generate credits . Empathy to the people they gathered data to.. thats the most realistic way why we hated AI.. this is how neutral i can be ..so basically AI generated art is just like people who use reference but with knowledge of programming languages. People also code which is equally harder to art.
If you are having trouble understanding what i said.. for a fellow artist...you also need reference like head anatomy , legs , body ,etc . To accurately draw them into your new drawing?...yes its the same with A.I .. so basically you are stealing as a artist from other people's drawing to observe how to draw them and learn.. thats A.I aswell.. so dont hate me .. this is basically 100% well explained .
