yes some artist are "born with a gift" usually the ability to see the unseen in something or to understand form and structure naturally. for other people you have to learn and practice, some people are amazing at video games from the start, some have to practice and grind hard to get where they want to be. AI art is a crutch like tracing, sure you can use it to improve or learn a better process, but if you only ever trace, you'll never learn the form and figures by hand.
