Capitalism, especially when unregulated, will drive competitive AI advancement at incomprehensible speeds. To the extent that people and consequent encoding favor individuals, nations, or societies, I could easily see AI as tools of war against other AI's. AI's being used against humans is relatively trivial. Candidly surprised that we don't already have armed AI drones on borders instead of fences.
