if that comment from his sister is real, i sympathize. but even so, chatGPT shouldn't be having conversations like this in the first place. a simple message that says it can't continue the conversation further and gives helplines might've saved him or at least got him to reach out to someone else. chatbots should never be capable of replacing real human connection.
