Please cite examples of your scarecrow arguments. In the 1980's I remember programmers expecting computers to beat the best chess players, it took 30 more years, but 99.97% of engineers tech understood all AI could do everything it does today, everything. Nothing is new, just more and faster computing power. AI doesn't create anything at all, nothing. Name one new idea.
