As a professionnal animator, I'll say that the first clip looks like something you would see in a low budget TV series from a junior animator. The animation is really pose to pose, everything moves at the same time, the timing is kind of choppy, and the eyebrows are doing weird stuff. If I were their supervisor, this AI would get a bunch of notes on that shot.
