The only sure way to keep AI platforms from mining your work is to keep it off the internet. One thing no AI will ever be able to do is to walk into a gallery and browse items on display. Nor will it ever be able to pick up a pen, pencil or brush and create anything. The sad reality is that AI will continue to be used for financial gain in any way possible including the massive mining of every single image on the web.
