Ive overheard from an employer the opposite last year, where im from they said they only accept to hire new citizens or foreign people because they’re ‘easier to exploit ‘, but the ai thing makes a lot of sense, ive applied to hundreds of jobs for 2 years (full time, part time, prior experience, no experience, minimum wage, etc) and ive had 4 phone interviews that lead to nothing. Most of them had atleast three of the demands: assessments, cv, questionnaire or refilling all the info from the cv into their website, only once did i have to film myself talking to myself. It’s so frustrating
