Just thinking carefully what you use it for. Use it for things you would pay a human for; seems pretty good at therapy to me. Just don't ask it to do what you should be doing yourself. Work with it on job application eg write it yourself, get ai to check and improve and then retweak yourself. I think my brain capacity has improved loads since using it!
