Im far from an artist but i want to improve to make things i enjoy. When i first learned about AI art i took a look and tried it but it felt so empty, no soul or feelings in the generated "art". I mostly found the art ugly or plain disturbing. Lost count on hwow many facebook groups i left that were just being swamped with AI art. Knowing that it takes work by other ppl copyrighted or not made me kinda hopefull for a legal decision, and one AI art generator was as far as i know subject to a lawsuite but i dont think that went anywhere given as you stated, they use loopholes :/
