Is it supposed to be AI doing the call for the customer as well? Or is it just prompted AI to test the customer service AI? If its supposed to be AI that calls for the customer as well, then why not just have the customer or some sort of agent dispatcher fill out a question/info prompt then submit to be assigned to an agent? You have to somehow tell the AI how to describe the issue or fill out question prompts so it can communicate it to the customer service AI anyway. You can do this with a single program, without AI... and less steps. AI isnt taking over this form of customer service, standardized programs already did.
