2:22 not taught to code? It certainly was as it was fed programming language documentation. The point of AI is to hand it information and it become an expert or assistant. I use AI every day and I feed it documentation so that it understands the target subject. The cant explain part is because it becomes a giant probability matrix that no human can track.
