I would say he’s banging on. I only write about five lines per every 500 hundred lines of code .. this works much better with Greenfield projects based on open source technology stats. It doesn’t work as well when you’re dealing with convoluted legacy systems that are proprietary and haven’t been able to be fully understood by the AI that could be shrinking too though.
