Simply put no Ai cannot take us out. Even if it had control over the whole network all if it runs on satellite. We could make a sling shot projectile to sling using no internet no satellite all mechanical to shoot the satellites down isolating it to a single areal or multiple smaller areas till control was gained. There are allot more ways I've thot of than just this way. It wouldn't be that hard long as it was done the right way.
