Yes. Waymo cars are mimicking human behaviors. Such as coming from 19th Avenue northbound onto the Park Presidio Bypass to make the left turn onto Crossover Drive. The Waymo cars bypass the line of cars waiting to make the left turn by driving up next to the front of the line in the middle lane, stop and block traffic in the middle lane, in order to wait and cut into an opening over a solid white line (a maneuver that is discouraged or prohibited) into the left turn lane to make the turn onto Crossover. I have observed this blocking of traffic and failure to wait their turn several times at this same intersection.
