Animal husbandry will survive an AI takeover. I'm not talking about the vet care, or feeding. Not the things that clearly a super intelligent robot could do. I'm talking about convincing a cow to take care of an orphaned calf. Convincing an injured horse to eat. Lying next to a dying dog and comforting it as it passes. It can't understand that scenarios like these the animals know it's a machine. But to live, survive, and die peacefully, that takes human touch and emotion. AI won't ever understand that.
But as for my job as a clerk, yeah.... I'm bracing for the day I get my pink slip. It's coming. I can feel it.
