I'm a UI/UX designer, I got a freelance offer a while ago but right before I started, they suddenly asked for my rates again and I was like, why? We already agreed on the rate. After I said the amount, the client suddenly said the amount is over budget. After negotiating for a bit, they finally told me they tried generating the UI design on an AI site and they think it works as well. I am so done with this.
