This is not a good example. There are pieces out there which are unique - they don't look like any other piece made by real humans or AI, yet you would still say they are somehow copying. It's a pretty basic thing, I would think, that if you are copying the thing you're making should resemble an original. You cannot have a murder without a corpse. As for whether they have artistic merit or not, that's been the subject of the whole last century of art history. If Warhol or Duchamp is art, then so is this. You speak so confidently on a subject you clearly don't understand. That's just art I'm speaking of, let alone AI. Your arguments suck.
