so she's very concerned with what the tech oligarchs in America are doing, but not at all concerned with what the tech authoritarians are doing in China. so it's Open AI's fault that huge data sets and huge compute centers are being built, but it's not at all concerning that China does the same and had a complete national plan both military and civil cooperation to dominate AI...
