I wonder if only allowing specific light patterns for motorcycles would help at all. Such as you can put 5 rear lights in a pattern that cars are not allowed to use. It would not solve anything, but would certainly help something like AI. Or even 4 lights two brake lights and two indicator lights with like purple or something above the brake lights that are always on.
