The thing that baffles me the most about AI-generated art is that the people who make it are under the illusion that somebody else wants to see them. Sure, I can understand the appeal of generating a picture in seconds just from a text prompt, but that's where the fun ends. There's absolutely no value to the image and there's no reason to pollute the internet with it because the only people who would like to see them are other AI bros and old people on Facebook. Those people are actively making the internet worse for everybody else to the point that I need a browser extension dedicated specifically to remove AI-generated results from Google Images.
