As someone who hates ai "art" but used to have trouble finding pose references ive actually found a pretty basic 3d model poser that is free
I take a blank model, pose it how i need, screenshot the pose from the angle i need, and in my drawing app i use that to get the basics of the pose with shapes in a sketch and then going on to actually draw in my style and ive actually come to notice that it's helping my art and poses make more sense as well in a way
