Given the asinine bullshit that is everything in software copyright, ChatGPT copied the work thousands of times before it was ever hypothetically "transformed". If the copying between a hard disk and memory is a copy, then every part of the pipeline that manipulates the data is ALSO a non-transformitive copy for copyright purposes.
If we want to pull down the copyright walls for a few tech companies to "borrow" everyone else's work, than we need the same thing to apply universally for all software copyrights so we can get out of licensing hell.
