I hate AI but copyright law is breaking apart. the problem with AI is not copyright, is way fundamentally different: in a world of infinite content, each content is worthless. this is the problem. not copyright
just as when aviation started, people wanted money for the flight passing over property. private property law was changed to accomodate aviation. and AI training is the same: either we want AI and law will change, or AI potential won't be fulfilled (I'm ok with that, but progress as we know it is not)
