AI helps junior profiles not just in tech. But in the end, the output often turns out mediocre, and most of the time technically weak, superficial, and sometimes even incorrect.
This generation of thirty-somethings will eventually discover, perhaps too late, that the tool they have come to admire, and that for many has even become a kind of therapist (an even greater mistake), has brought them more problems than solutions. The immediate and surface level impact may seem evident and efficient, but at its core and over the long term it represents a non-replicable solution, poorly structured, and, worst of all, it deprives them of the opportunity to think independently.
There may come a moment when this generation realizes it has missed the chance to develop its own intellectual depth. The result could be a serious intellectual regression, one that leads to frustration and forces them to reconsider the path they have taken.
