I honestly find using ai to be fine ONLY if you use it as like a reference, for example maybe it’ll help you with lighting a scene to your art or there are certain poses that is difficult to imagine. So far I’ve seen ai stuff that’s just posted without any alteration to fix it, or claim it to be “handmade” when it’s not
