yeah, yeah. All of this is fantasy. 95% of companies that use AI to do junior employee tasks report that it doesn't increase productivity. At most, by using AI, you'll save on salaries because you can fire your most junior employees. The thing about junior employees is that they can improve their skills in real time and get assigned more productive tasks. AI usage slows down growth, it doesn't accelerate it. It's a short sighted death trap for a company. Youll save salaries in the short term but you'll lose out on growth to competitors that keep AI usage low. Eventually, you won't be competitive and you'll go bankrupt.
