The whole "accessibility" thing I side-eye on multiple levels, not the least of which is the fact that the people doing this mostly don't know much about disabled people and are just trying to use them as a shield for the fact that they themselves do not understand how making art or the experience of it works. Even if you were to grant that...putting prompts into a gen AI is not the same thing as making art. It's like being good at google searching or being a comissioner. You wouldn't get anywhere near the same experience. Most of the arguments people use about AI make it obvious that they are people that only care about the end product which is a pretty depressing statement on how little they value art or what it takes to make the highly polished and impressive artwork these AI models are scraping from with no benefit to the people that made them.
