A standardized beacon with a set series of coded flashes that can be interpreted by AI systems could be added to motorbikes, or any vehicle, that informs AI if what it is looking at. It can then "ping" the beacon for distance related information etc. This would not be hard, or expensive to implement requiring already existing and cheap technology.
